Demera was written as a gift for my daughter, Palisades, in the Fall of 2023 for the occasion of her 18th birthday and first year away at university.

Learning can be stressful for some, but it can also be enjoyable and done efficiently when you’re comfortable and relaxed. Demera is an extended 42-minute exercise to support relaxed yet intense focus. The neural entrainment included creates a beautiful sense of calm, while helping you focus and process new, complex and deep thought.
